Ruinwood is the collective term for the diverse, unrelated trees that have colonized the ruins and gravesites of Ukhaalstaag. Over time they have adapted to the lifeless hue of their surroundings, developing a muted, ashen pigmentation that blends with the shattered stone and debris.

How these varieties first reached Ukhaalstaag remains uncertain. Together they form one of the few living features among Ukhaalstaag’s dead architecture.
