Yelidra Veykar is the undisputed wealthiest individual on Geba. She is the sole living heir of the Solarn line and the heiress to Veykar Propulsion and Solarn Legacy Engineering, worth over 800,000,000 Auren. For comparison, the entire Jerhit Syndicate combined is worth only 112,000,000 Auren. Even the wealthiest citizens struggle to comprehend these numbers.

Yelidra descends from Architect Varenth Solarn, expeditioner Caledrin Solarn-Veykar, and founder Heredrin Solarn-Veykar, bearing the same crest that built both the relay network and the entertainment empire that runs on top of it. Grinning into hub lenses with unasked-for flair, she delivers lines like "Speed writes the anthem, and explosions keep the beat. If your sky doesn't bloom, it isn't Veykar," embodying the company's shift-cadence that dares crowds to keep pace amid inland volatility.

Yelidra views herself as the modern equivalent of Empress Vaer'yinda, the First Empress, who purged the eastern wilds and founded what became the Imperial capital. She claims to be Vaer'yinda's equal in impact, though not in empire-building: Vaer'yinda reshaped the land, and Yelidra reshapes the culture.

Her presence flashes in capital ads alongside pyro blooms, racers cutting horizons, hunters pursuing targets from airship hull to cliff, fighters under white light, and singers filling squares. Veykar funded all entertainment across the planet. It raised the Yuvaar games from a niche sport to a global sensation that created the highest-paid athletes on the planet, and it funded music events and genres across Geba: ice runs across Ngorrhal set to the top Conwave artists, river sprints through Berinu straits pulsing with Rebelcore inland nights, and polished Solwave playing in the background of airships and palaces in the capital alike. It stitched the continents together until distance felt like rumor, with handshakes to long-dead Emperor Auren carried forever in hub reels.

The role Yelidra inherited blends spectacle with substance. Veykar bought sky permits years ago and turned returns on motion into an empire that outshone the hub's tariff maps and outage seals. Alongside its cultural dominance it supplies practical propulsion tech: rockets and hydro systems used in wartime assaults and airship operations, and rocket ripples that cleared syndicate threats in inland conflicts. Many who grew up in poverty made Veykar their target for success, and to varying degrees it worked. The brand stayed aspirational while remaining out of reach, and since its global popularization it has shaped festivals and the very aesthetic of ascension for every generation.

She has personally elevated two individuals into global prominence: Lux Notera, whom she transformed from a Conwave fight club performer into the face of Solwave, and Tae Katasung, the undefeated leader of Team Katasung. Both are now among the top ten wealthiest public individuals on Geba. Both received massive estate complexes as gifts from Yelidra. Neither asked for them. Together they represent the two ideals of her world, Tae the perfection of restraint and Lux the perfection of expression, and both prove her single law: worth is proven through obsession.

Many criticize Yelidra for having done no work in building Veykar or helping it move forward. She is far more hedonistic than Heredrin ever was, and people who spot her at these events report that she is nothing like the polished image she presents in the hubs: she behaves like a complete animal and indulges in every substance available. She famously airdropped onto a stage in coastal Thazvaar during a set, high on so many different substances that she danced the entire performance and ended up completely nude, though she denies this ever happened. This is the least of her many exploits; her life is the party. Some say she is the embodiment of what Veykar is: explosive motion and life. Others say she should carry herself more like the heir of something as massive as Veykar Propulsion.
