Iera Jerhit, twin sister of Ioe Jerhit and sibling to Brena Jerhit, was severely mentally unstable, and her actions in inland Thazvaar brought the Jerhit Syndicate to a level of horror it had never reached before. Acting on a compulsion, she ordered her syndicate men to slaughter entire villages of innocent Thazvaaris, including families, elders, and children with no ties to syndicates or piracy, and left the settlements burning and strewn with mutilated remains. She then began cannibalizing her victims, particularly men and children, and took a pleasure in it that horrified even hardened syndicate operatives.

When her men refused to take part in or enable the killings, she executed them and left their bodies in Thazvaar's corridors as warnings. The disappearance of two trusted bodyguards, originally assigned to her by Brena, raised suspicion. Brena's investigation uncovered an archive of human remains hidden in the lower passages of the syndicate's private palace, with bones carefully arranged and flesh preserved on display. Unconvinced by the initial reports, Brena tortured Iera's remaining men and sent in a spy, and learned that the truth was far worse. Iera had orchestrated ritual killings of the innocent to feed her hunger, and children's remains were found partially eaten and laid out in ceremonial patterns.

Once Brena brought the discovery to the family, Daer Jerhit personally verified the atrocities, captured Iera alive, and designed the secure containment unit that now holds her. Brena could not bring herself to kill her sister. She had Iera sealed away in an undisclosed, heavily guarded location, hidden from the loyalist followers who would free her, to prevent further bloodshed while preserving the Jerhit bloodline. Iera's actions left a scar on the syndicate's already infamous reputation, and even among Geba's lawless fringes she is remembered as a nightmare.
