Tsentxa Mendaax

Tsentxa Mendaax was raised in Jeyrha and trained as a Solarn relay engineer, one of the few people on Geba the law allows to anchor a relay. She walked away from Solarn over that law. Geban law lets only a Solarn relay engineer anchor a relay and protects only the relays on the Solarn registry, and Tsentxa believes Solarn is wrong to keep it that way. She took her skill where the registry cannot follow it.

Off the Registry

Since leaving, she has anchored several private relays for remote clearings and for syndicates. Every one of those jobs was done the way she was trained to do them, with a systems engineer and field engineers beside her, on ground that stayed quiet while she worked. Under Geban law all of it is illegal, and she knows it. She has never worked a contested corridor.

Temperament

Small even among natural-borns and a worrier by nature, Tsentxa is precise at the housing and has no use for a weapon. She is at her best with a relay in front of her and time to work, and she has spent her career where time is an inconvenience and never a threat.
