Yelidra Veykar

Alias: The Bloom
Era: Modern Geba
Affiliation: Veykar Propulsion, Solarn-Veykar Lineage

Yelidra Veykar was the inheritor of the Veykar stage, a younger line bearing the same crest as founder Heredrin Solarn-Veykar, who pivoted from Fracture-era escapes to building an industry around speed, spectacle, and cultural motion. Grinning into hub lenses with unasked-for flair, she delivered lines like "Speed writes the anthem, and explosions keep the beat. If your sky doesn’t bloom, it isn’t Veykar," embodying the company's shift-cadence that dared crowds to keep pace amid inland volatility.

As a descendant of ancient figures like Architect Varenth Solarn, expeditioner Caledrin Solarn-Veykar, and the founder Heredrin Solarn-Veykar himself, Yelidra's presence flashed in capital ads alongside pyro blooms, racers cutting horizons, hunters pursuing targets from airship hull to cliff, fighters under white light, and singers filling squares. Veykar funded all entertainment across the planet, including the Yuvaar games which they elevated from a niche sport to a global sensation that created the highest-paid athletes on the planet, plus music events and genres across Geba, from ice runs across Ngorrhal set to the top Conwave artists and river sprints through Berinu straits pulsing with Rebelcore inland nights to polished Solwave playing in the background of airships and palaces in the capital alike, stitching continents until distance felt like rumor, with handshakes to long-dead Emperor Auren carried forever in hub reels.

Yelidra's inherited role served as a model of blending spectacle with substance in a system where Veykar bought sky permits years ago, turning returns on motion into an empire that outshone the hub's tariff maps and outage seals—providing not just cultural dominance but practical propulsion tech like rockets and hydro systems used in wartime assaults, airship ops, and rocket ripples that cleared syndicate threats in inland conflicts. Many who grew up in poverty used Veykar as their symbolic target for success—and to varying degrees it worked, making its brand aspirational even as it remained inaccessible while shaping not just festivals but the very aesthetic of ascension for every generation since global popularization.

Many criticize Yelidra for having done no work in building Veykar or helping it move forward, yet she is far more hedonistic than Heredrin ever was—which would not be an issue, except that people spot her at these events and report she is nothing like the polished image she presents in the hubs, instead behaving like a complete animal and indulging in every substance available. She famously airdropped onto a stage in coastal Thazvaar during a set, high on so many different substances that she danced the entire performance and ended up completely nude, though she denies this ever happened. This is the least of her many exploits; her life is the party. Some say she is the embodiment of what Veykar is: explosive motion and life. Others say she should carry herself more like the heir of something as massive as Veykar Propulsion.
