Ukhaal Ruinwood

Ruinwood is not a singular species but a term used for the diverse trees that have colonized the ruins and gravesites of Ukhaalstaag. Over time, these unrelated trees have adapted to the environment’s lifeless hue—developing muted, ashen pigmentation that allows them to blend seamlessly with the shattered stone and debris.

How these varieties first reached Ukhaalstaag remains uncertain. Whatever their origin, the collective presence of Ruinwood has become one of the few living features among Ukhaalstaag’s dead architecture.
