Ropevine

Ropevine is a colossal vine species native to Yuvaar and Thazvaar, recognizable for its thick, fibrous stems and remarkable tensile strength. Growing across cliffs, canyons, and dense forests, the vine can bear extreme loads without tearing, making it one of the most durable natural fibers known. Entire sections are capable of supporting tons of suspended weight when properly cured and woven.

Due to its strength and flexibility, Ropevine fibers are harvested to create climbing lines, bridge cords, and athletic rigs. It is most famously used in the Yuvaar Hunting Games, where competitors rely on its natural elasticity and resilience for vertical and aerial maneuvers. Beyond sport, it remains an essential resource for construction and expedition-grade rope systems across Geba’s industries.
