Lamplichen

The Lamplichen is a bioluminescent lichen found only in Geba’s deep subterranean caverns and tunnel networks. Its surface emits a steady, natural light produced through slow metabolic reactions, illuminating cave systems where no sunlight reaches. Often growing along stone walls and stalactites, it stabilizes mineral surfaces and sustains small cave fauna drawn to its glow. It can be used in controlled environments as a renewable light source for long-term expeditions and deep-mining operations.
