Chalkbell

The Chalkbell is a bell-shaped flower native to the deltas and wetlands of Berinu. Its pale blooms grow in clustered reeds that mark stable water zones and help bind soft soil. Over centuries, it has been selectively bred into several color variants, each carrying a different meaning when gifted. Blue and gray forms are traditional symbols of loyalty and remembrance, while white and pink variants represent affection or devotion. The flower is commonly exchanged between companions and love interests across Geba. Its natural form also produces a blue-gray dye used in ceremonial markings and textiles.
