Joxi Industrial Holdings – Vesselborn Codex

Joxi Industrial Holdings

The Joxi Industrial Holdings originated in Jeyrha post-Era of Fracture, migrated to Thazvaar to avoid competition with established entities like Haavu and the Jeyrhan Bio-Engineering Consortium, eventually expanding across Geba and controlling over 35 percent of planetary energy sources in partnership with Sentinel. Together, Joxi and Sentinel provide over 70 percent of all accessible energy on the planet.

Although partnered in planetary energy sources, Joxi and Sentinel compete directly in all other markets.

Values and ethics focus on affordability and accessibility for everyday survival—valuing reverse-engineered technologies that empower the masses during the post-Warlord recovery. It competes with Sentinel to produce entertainment hardware, emphasizing fine-tuning: Joxi creates private personal displays for commoners to interface with the relay, typically producing smaller, playable music systems. Joxi systems integrate easily with Sentinel, as the two are interdependent.

Moderated by reliance on less sustainable multi-fuel systems and occasional black-market affiliations, Joxi remains essential yet slightly less adored than purely civilian-oriented entities. Its influence spans beyond industrial zones into entertainment, private relay networks, and informal commerce hubs.

Affiliated elements include Joxi Essentials, a subsidiary established in the modern era to address mass-market demands for basic low-cost products derived from Joxi’s post-Fracture industrial foundation. Building on parent resources and expertise, Joxi Essentials produces low-cost weapons and armor for widespread use by civilians and resurgents—emphasizing affordability even at the expense of reliability in extreme conditions. It prioritizes mass-market empowerment through extremely low-priced options, valuing broad accessibility for lower classes and resurgents. Despite facing criticism for quality shortcomings in demanding biomes, Joxi Essentials maintains strong regard among economically disadvantaged groups.

About Vesselborn

Vesselborn is the story of Geba — a world that has carried an empire for six thousand years.

It begins with Vaer’karesh, who unites five nations into the first empire and fixes a common language and law. Across the ages, the empire fights and finally breaks Thazvaar, welcomes Jeyrha through engineering and diplomacy, and liberates Berinu by choice. In Ngorrhal, the people of the mountain passes lose their ancestral name and are permanently renamed the Frost Sentinels, whose strength helps secure imperial rule. The Haavu cannon systems cement that dominance.

At its height, the empire spans continents and raises relay towers that bind cities, coasts, and passes into one network. Assassinations and civil wars follow — the Fracture — but the answer is not a vacuum. The Shadow Rule forms from imperial networks and manufactures peace, ending the warlord broadcasts and taking the world back from collapse. They are the empire made quiet: continuity without ceremony.

Today, the Shadow Rulers still govern from the background while the Energy Wars — covert struggles over power grids and relays in uncivilized regions — decide who controls energy, transport, and culture.

Stories range from relay-field defenses and inland recoveries to city governance and frontier resettlement; from rail lines and air programs that stitch regions together to festivals and work crews where culture and politics collide; from Frost Sentinel memory to families choosing the safety of hub clearings or the risk beyond the grid.

This is Geba.
It began in silence.
It has not yet ended.
